Today’s chat agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.) give the illusion that anything typed into a prompt can become a deployable system. But the real work behind enterprise‑grade or team‑grade AI looks nothing like typing into a chat box.
For example, a global healthcare company hired me to build out their HR Analytics function and integrate Employee Listening into reporting and insights. Conceptually, it was the perfect opportunity to combine qualitative and quantitative indicators into meaningful KPIs.
